As for BBQ portion, server is concerning about cleaniness of pan or special heating plate that used for our BBQ ing, they replace those plate frequently which we never do during our own DIY BBQ session... hehe... meat is good with rich calorie for energy... BUT...

When some one invent BBQ for some reason, they are innovative as well to balance up the concern on high cholestrol of these tasty BBQ meat... thus they serve lettuce and garlic as well... Lettuce (生菜) is fat free and low calorie food for well balance diet. Garlic (蒜) is so famous with multiple kind of good nutrition, in this case, it plays a role in managing the high cholestrol level... That is the reason why garlic also served together with bak kut teh... Strong taste of garlic can be minimized by baking it... As well, korean BBQ also serve different type of sauce, but i'm not really study benefit of those sauce yet...

Another good thing about this activities is you won't finish all the BBQ so fast, lettuce will also occupied some space on your stomoch... so the benifit is you get more time, more topic for chatting with your peer, and don't have to take a lot calories to feel full... those calories is not cheap...
